According to ChooseCanadaOrganic.ca, Canada Organic Week is “Canada’s largest annual celebration of organic food, farming, and products across the country.” Celebrating organic products goes far deeper than farm to table: it goes from "soil to soul.” The label “organic” refers to seeds, animal feed, or human food that is certified to encourage practices that increase biodiversity and reduce negative environmental impacts while also supporting animal health and welfare (ChooseCanadaOrganic.ca.)
