Are your products certified Organic?
Yes! All DeeBee's Organics products are certified organic according to USDA regulations and the Canadian Organic Regime.
Are your products certified Non-GMO?
Yes! All DeeBee's Organics products are certified Non-GMO by the Non-GMO Project.
Are your products Kosher certified?
Yes again! All our products are Kosher certified by Orthodox Union.
Are your products suitable for a vegan and/or plant-based diet? Do they contain gelatin?
They are! All DeeBee's Organics products are vegan, and contain no gelatin.
Are your products pasteurized or unpasteurized?
Our products are pasteurized.
Are your products gluten free?
Are your products free from the Top 8 Allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat)?
Our SuperFruit Freezies are Top 8 Allergen Free, and can be enjoyed by anyone with these allergies! If you are concerned about a different allergen or product, please feel free to contact us.
Do you use any artificial dyes such as Red40 or Yellow5?
Nope! We don't believe in any of that.

What flavours do your organic SuperFruit Freezies come in?
Our current (and delicious!) flavours are: Mango-Orange, Strawberry-Lemon, and Blueberry-Pomegranate.
Where can I buy SuperFruit Freezies?

What do I do if my grocery store is out of stock, or doesn't carry SuperFruit Freezies?
The best process is to request our product from the department manager. Here’s a form you can use to make that easier! You can also contact us if we’re out of stock at a retailer we sell at.
Do SuperFruit Freezies use any preservatives?
No, we don't use any preservatives!
What is the source of sugar in SuperFruit Freezies?
All sugar in our SuperFruit Freezies is naturally occurring from the organic fruit itself. We do not add any refined sugar, sugar substitutes, or sugar alcohol.
Can I feed my baby (6+ months) SuperFruit Freezies?
Yes, and parents have told us they can be great for teething! With young children who are just being introduced to solids, it is alway recommended to check with their doctor prior to introducing new foods. Be sure to always supervise your child when feeding.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We are always working to minimize our environmental footprint, and packaging is one small part of that effort! At this time, our packaging may or may not be recyclable depending on your local recycling program. Be sure to check with them before attempting to recycle!
Can I re-freeze a thawed SuperFruit Freezie?
Of course! Slight texture changes may occur, but they are 100% safe to consume after being thawed and refrozen.
Why is my SuperFruit Freezie very dark on one end, and light on the other?
Because we use real organic fruit puree, our pops can sometimes freeze with more puree on one side than the other. To stop this from happening, be sure to give it a good shake, and lay flat before freezing for best results.
Why didn't my SuperFruit Freezies freeze?
This is somewhat common for freezies. Every freezer is made differently from the temperature inside to the amount of airflow. Our SuperFruit Freezies are made with 100% organic fruit puree, which freezes slower than water based freezies. For best results, shake our freezies thoroughly, lay them flat inside the freezer, and allow 24 hours of freezing time.
Order & Shipping Questions
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to the order status page. You can check the order status page anytime to get an update on your order!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship in the contiguous United States, with special shipping rates applying for Alaska and Hawaii. We’re working very hard to create a shipping option for our Canadian customers - stay tuned!
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. We are currently offering free 5-7 day standard shipping, with the option to upgrade to expedited shipping.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We aim to charge our customers in their local currency. Because we're only shipping within the US at the moment, all prices are in USD. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD, and your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because we sell food, we don’t accept returns - thanks for understanding! See full details in our refund policy.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Oh no! If you’re unhappy with your order, please reach out to us. We'd love to make things right for you!
Is there a warranty on your products?
We guarantee any of our products, made by us and sold through our online store, to be free of defect. If you believe your item is defective and would like a replacement or refund, please check out our refund policy or reach out to us.
