Refunds

We’re so excited for you to try DeeBee’s - we know you’ll love our SuperFruit Freezies as much as we do! In fact, if you receive your first order and decide it’s not for you, please email info@deebeesorganics.com within 30 days and we will happily refund your first order. 

You can be refunded to either your original payment method, or to a store gift card. Depending on your payment processor, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to you. Gift cards will be available immediately after they have been issued.

Returns and exchanges

Because we sell food, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Thank you for understanding! Please contact us so we can help you find an alternate solution.
