Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 12-48 hours. If your order has not been processed after 48 hours and a confirmation email has not been received to track the status of your order, please contact us here.

*We strive to ensure all of our orders are delivered within the above timespans. However, due to circumstances outside of our control (including but not limited to inclement weather and carrier delivery disruptions), we are not able to guarantee that all orders will be delivered on time.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Please note that at this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We are able to ship to PO boxes, but they are ineligible for expedited shipping.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date, as well as a link to your order status page.
Customs, duties, and taxes
DeeBee’s Organics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
DeeBee’s Organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the USA.
