Marketing Manager- Digital

The Role:

Key Functions:

  • Own the email and CRM program end-to-end, including segmentation, lifecycle automation, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization to support retention and repeat purchase

  • Manage and execute the blog and SEO content program, including keyword research, content briefs, publication schedule, and performance reporting to drive organic traffic and support retail campaigns

  • Lead Instacart advertising strategy and budget management in collaboration with Sales, optimizing campaigns for ROAS, conversion, and key retail distribution moments

  • Own the Store Locator platform (Destini), maintaining accurate retailer availability, ensuring seamless user experience, and partnering with Sales and Operations on timely product updates

  • Manage the affiliate program, including partner recruitment, onboarding, commission structure, program optimization, and reporting to support incremental reach and conversion

  • Support with other marketing initiatives as needed

Experience: 

  • 4-6 years of marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of social channels (organic + paid) and content marketing
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong budgeting + performance tracking experience
  • Strong understanding of the consumer journey
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and report presentation abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and drive insights
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in Grocery and/or CPG sector is a plus

Salary Range: $75k-80k CAD with opportunity for annual bonus
