Staying hydrated is one of the most important ways to keep your whole family feeling their best all summer long.

Here are 3 fun tips for those long sunny days:

1. Keep Your Body Cool with DIY Air Conditioning

Whether you’re at home or on the road, sometimes it can be hard to find the sweet relief of AC in the summer. One of our favourite tricks is the ice bowl hack! Grab a large bowl or bucket of ice and placing it in front of a fan to blow cool air. Sit in front of the fan (maybe with a freezie in hand!) and you have it ‘made in the shade’ in no time! 

This is also a great way to keep pets cool when inside a warm house all day or cool off after a long day in the sunshine.
